Phillips HouseThis house was originally remodeled and lived in by well know Hyde Park carpenter Robert Phillips. The green (shown more accurately in the photo below) is a favorite historic color, almost black, and the "light colored" trim is an amazingly darker mid-toned gray, contrasting well with the green. It appears very light alongside the dark green. The carriage house and fence seen in the photo below were added by the current owners. Located at:
